Local Reviews Tab: This allows you to write and recommend restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels and more. You can map your place and tell about that. The whole idea of this is Google is encouraging people to write reviews about the local places. As we all know few days ago Google hosted mapathon 2013 in India to mark places and write reviews, so that it helps people to find places easily. This is also a new tactic from Google for increasing local searches.

Reviews: In both user profile and business page settings you will get an option to enable reviews tab to view but in some profiles and business pages it is not displaying yet. Hopefully it will get solved as soon as possible.

Work Category: As we mention skills in LinkedIn profile now Google also provided an option to list all your skills. Now you can mention all your skills and enable your profile for people to find you in searches easily.

Phone calls in Hangouts: Before it was difficult to add someone to hangouts if the person is not online. Now you can just call him from Google phone directly from hangouts. Just click on invite and then select telephone to call.
